1-Year Free Warranty

All products purchased from World Robots come with a 1-year warranty starting from the date of delivery confirmation. During this period, we provide free repair services for any manufacturing defects or hardware failures.

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects and material faults
  • Motor, controller, and sensor malfunctions
  • Software bugs and firmware issues
  • Structural defects in mechanical components

Important — Buyer's Responsibility

During Warranty Period (Year 1):

  • Product repair is FREE (covered by warranty)
  • Return shipping cost to us is paid by the buyer
  • Return shipping cost back to you is paid by us (World Robots)

After Warranty Period (Year 2+):

All costs are the responsibility of the buyer, including parts, labor, and both directions of shipping.

How to Request Warranty Service

  1. Contact us at info@wordrobots.cn with your order number and description of the issue
  2. Our technical team will diagnose the problem and provide repair instructions
  3. Ship the product back to our designated service center (buyer pays shipping)
  4. We repair and return the product (we pay return shipping)

What's NOT Covered

  • Physical damage caused by misuse or accidents
  • Damage from unauthorized modifications or third-party components
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Software issues caused by user-modified firmware
