How long does shipping take?
3-5 business days for EU countries, 5-10 business days for non-EU Europe. Processing time is 1-3 business days after payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely.
Are customs duties included?
No. Product prices and shipping fees are exclusive of customs clearance, import duties, and VAT. These charges are collected by the logistics company upon delivery.
What is your warranty policy?
1-year free warranty on all products. During warranty: free repair, buyer pays return shipping to us, we pay shipping back to you. After warranty: all costs borne by buyer.
Can I track my order?
Yes. After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order anytime using our order tracking page.
