Return & Repair Policy
All products are covered by our 1-year warranty. For warranty claims, please contact us at info@wordrobots.cn with your order number and a description of the issue. Physical returns require prior authorization. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer's responsibility during warranty period (we cover return shipping back to you). After warranty expires, all costs are borne by the buyer.
How to Request a Return/Repair
- Email us at info@wordrobots.cn with your order number
- Describe the issue in detail with photos if possible
- Our technical team will assess and provide repair/return instructions
- Ship the product back with tracking (buyer pays outbound shipping)
- We repair and return (we pay return shipping during warranty)
